My Bridesmaids Proposal Boxes
Hi loves! Long time no talk. I hope you all are doing well & staying healthy. I know it’s been a really rough last few months, so I hope you are all hanging in there.
Before I get on with this post, I wanted to send all the good vibes + love to the brides that have had to postpone or cancel their 2020 weddings. I’ve had this happen to many close friends, and it hurts my heart. I know thats a really difficult decision to make, and you are all so amazing for doing it with grace. I know you will all have the most special wedding day, and I’m cheering for you!
Todays post is all about My Bridesmaids Proposal Boxes!
I sent these out back in February, but asked my bridesmaids unofficially in person way before this. I’m a little late to the game on all things wedding. I wanted to share what I Included in the boxes, incase any bride-to-be’s are looking for inspo/ideas. I kept mine VERY simple and affordable! I wanted to give my girls things they could use, but also things that I personally love. Our wedding is a black, white & gold theme, so I tried to stick with that when I did the boxes. *I WILL LINK EVERYTHING AT THE END*
THINGS I INCLUDED:
x. One of my favorite LAPCOS face masks in ‘HONEY’ – the packaging is gold/black and it’s such a great mask for the price!
x. VIOLET + VANILLA CANDLE by Paddywax. They have a soy-blend wax with a cotton wick. I am candle OBSESSED, so I knew I wanted to include this. These ones smell so so yummy!
x. A mini champagne bottle that I relabeled! I found the matte black champagne bottles at Total Wines, and I found the labels on Etsy! Who doesn’t love champs?!
x. A card. I wrote each girl a few paragraphs, and really wanted it to be special + personalized. I also found this on Etsy!
I got the face masks & candles through Mode Boutique. They are located in OKC, and have the cutest things! Highly recommend.
TIPS FOR RELABELING THE CHAMPAGNE:
I ran the bottles under warm/hot water then used a sponge to gently remove the label! Honestly was so easy! Just make sure they’re completely dry before putting the fresh label on.
My bridesmaids loved their boxes, and it was budget friendly! Candles can be on the pricey side, so I’d just suggest picking your fav! I linked everything I could, down below. Let me know if you have any questions! xx
