Denim + Ruffles

Happy Sunday! I hope everyone had a great weekend! Denim + Ruffles are two of my favorite things so I of course love them paired together!

Before I get into the outfit details I wanted to give you guys a little update on my life! I was back home in Ohio for 12 days recently and got back July 13th. Justin has been working in Columbus and I couldn’t stand to be away from him for two months. While I was home I spent time with my family, and of course my girlfriends. It was so nice. The next day after I got back to Phoenix, one of my best friends Devery flew into Phoenix for a weekend trip. I was so excited to have her here and adventure with her all weekend! We had such a good time! One of my favorite things we did was Salt River Tubing. If you love the outdoors, I highly suggest going! This was my second time and I can’t wait to go again. We went to the pool a few times, out to dinner/drinks, Sunday Funday- we did it all! Devery left that Tuesday morning then it was back to just Bruti and I. I’ve been keeping super busy and actually head to Ohio again on the 30th of this month. We have a wedding to attend in early August and I miss Justin SO much! I hope Bruti is an angel on the plane like he was last trip! Fingers crossed.

Back to my Denim + Ruffles outfit! I love the holey skirt with the ruffled blouse and mules. I thought this was a fun combo, a little edgy and fierce. I decided on a red lip for a pop of color and I’m so glad I did! (Definitely have a vampy look going on in these, what do you guys think?! Twilight feels for sure, lol) Both of these pieces are SUPER affordable, I’ll place the links below. I think they may both be sold out but there are plenty of similar items on their website.
