Happy March!!! It’s been a full WEEK since I’ve blogged so I am way past due. I have been busy busy shopping for clients and spending some much needed “me” time! This past weekend I was in Cleveland area to visit some friends, family and get my hair done (my darling cousin Nickoal does my hair). It was a fabulous weekend full of lots of laughs, cocktails and a little bit of exploring! I spent my Sunday in Chagrin Falls which is the cutest little suburb of Cleveland. There are plenty of boutiques and yummy food places, I totally fell in love with the vibes. I happened to stumble across an ADORABLE jumpsuit (and purchased it, of course) that I am thinking I will wear for my birthday which is coming up on March 18th! I will be sure to post some pictures once I wear/style it! Woo hoo!
Today I am posting about a shirt dress with springy stripes! This dress is from Vernacular and and this is a look I styled during my collaboration with them! They are located in Grandview and German Village which are both around the downtown area of Columbus, Ohio. I had a vision for this dress as soon as I saw it at their Grandview location. I wanted to give it some edgy vibes (because that’s what I do,duh) and thought layered chokers and a dark lip would do the trick! I know we aren’t quite to spring YET, but we are super close. I paired chunky black booties with this dress instead of flats/sandals so it wasn’t a jump into summer look. An over sized chunky cardigan sweater would also look awesome over this dress for chilly spring temps. Let me know what you guys think about this look and be sure to stop by Vernacular for your spring wardrobes if you are in Columbus, you won’t be disappointed!
