Resort Time With My Babes – Andaz Scottsdale
Hiiiii, it’s ME! Excited to share about my resort time, with my best babes! If you’re heading to Scottsdale for vaca, or just needing a staycation – Andaz is the perfect place to be! I’m telling ya!
My girls (Erin + Nicole) & I did a two night stay, to get some girl time + to relax! It was just what we needed, and we had the best time together! I can’t say enough good things about Andaz. Everything from the room, service, pool, and food, are all amazing! Below you can find all the details of our little trip, and pictures we snapped while there!
Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows – Overlooking Camelback Mountain, and located near Old Town Scottsdale. Andaz is close to so many amazing restaurants/bars!
Girl time, of course! We all have busy schedules, and just wanted some time to relax & feel like we were on vaca- even if it was just for a few days. This was our first stay, with all 3 of us together! 🙂 Many more to come, duh!
We checked in on a Monday, and stayed til late Wednesday morning! I actually got a call from Justin as we were about to check-in, saying he got into a car wreck. I was really upset & ended up leaving to go pick him up, since the front end of his SUV was totaled/towed. Scary moment! He was totally okay though, just freaked. Thank God.
We stayed in the cutest bungalow, right by the pool! The decor was tasteful, bright, and modern. Before you enter, theres a cute little area with a bench seat, and table! Perfect for morning coffee, or evening drinks. When you walk in, there’s a little living area with a pull out couch, tv, and seating area. There’s also a bathroom connected to that front area, with storage space. Through the door is the bedroom, featuring a king bed, TV, snack bar area, closet space, and a huge bathroom! Connected to the master is also a door to exit out another way. It honestly felt like a little apartment, such a cool vibe! Ps. The marketing team left us the sweetest gift! So thankful for their hospitality! We popped that champagne right away, and did a cheers to our girls staycay!
We went to the pool on Tuesday after we had breakfast/worked for a few hours! We were productive on our staycation, I’m so proud of us haha! There are 3 resort pools, and we hung by the one that was right outside our bungalow. The pool area is gorgeous! Surrounded by tall palm trees, and in the center of the property. We had a poolside cabana for the day, which was so fun! The cabana has a mounted Tv, and plenty of seatings. Also included, is a Yeti cooler stocked full of waters, waiter service, and complimentary chips + salsa/guac! We ordered yummy drinks at the bar, and relaxed in the pool chatting about life. (it was wayyyyy too hot to layout).
Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen – We had breakfast at the restaurant twice, and it was SO yummy! We loved our food, and I was personally impressed with the menu options. Such a good selection of yummy breakfast favs! I ordered an omelette day 1, and the two egg breakfast, breakfast day 2. They also make delicious coffee drinks, including iced lattes. In addition to our two breakfasts, we also had dinner on our second night there. You guys, we had the most AMAZING experience. The Chef + Pastry Chef come out to introduce themselves, and asked if we would be okay with them picking menu favs, and breaking out a few courses. Well, all 3 of us LOVE food and we were ALL ABOUT this idea! We were SO full by the end of the night, we could hardly move! The service was beyond amazing, and we are so thankful for this dinner experience! Some of my fav dishes: Crispy Cauliflower, New York Strip, the Pan Seared Scallop Pasta, and Chocolate Strawberry dessert! Fav Drink: Prickly Pear Margarita. You can view their full menu HERE!
